How do I reset my password?

If you're unable to log in and need help resetting your password, please reach out to your school administration for assistance. If you're already logged in, you can change your password anytime from the Profile menu in the app.

How do I sign up for the first time?

Parents can sign up by entering the student’s SAP ID and selecting the appropriate school. An OTP will be sent to the registered email. After entering the OTP, you can set your own password to complete the registration.

How do I log in after signing up?

After setting your password during the initial sign-up, you can log in directly using the SAP ID and your created password.

How can I share the summary of a period from the schedule?

On the schedule page, tap the Share option to send a summary of a period's contents—including teacher notes, study material, homework, and any attachments—via platforms like WhatsApp or others.

What is a Group in the Community section?

Groups are subject-specific or class-wide spaces where only teachers can post updates. Parents and students can view uploaded materials and announcements but cannot reply or post.

What is a Community in the Community section?

Communities are interactive spaces where students can engage with peers and teachers. Joining a community requires a code shared by the teacher. Use the "Join" button and enter the code to join a community.

How do I raise a leave request?

Go to the Profile section and tap "Request for Leave." Select the start and end dates, choose the type of leave, enter your reason, and optionally upload a supporting document. The request will be sent to the teacher for approval.

How do I schedule an appointment with a teacher?

From the Profile section, tap "Schedule Appointment." Choose a preferred date and time, specify the reason, and submit the request. The appointment will be confirmed upon teacher approval.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Ensure that notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings. Also, confirm that you are connected to the internet.

How can I update my contact details?

Contact your school administration to update your registered phone number or email address.

SVKM EduConnect is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
